My Holy Grail - 10 Sephora Skincare Products I Can’t Live Without

Possibly one of the tougher “top ten” lists that I have ever created - how to narrow it down when I have so many amazing options to chose from? My selection process for this list combined each products quality, results, and my eagerness to rebuy as soon as the product emptied. Keep in mind - my skin is combo but leans more on the dry side. I also live in Arizona, so I heavily emphasize hydration in my skincare routine. Some of these products may be too heavy for you if your skin is prone to oil, but it is an honest review on my personal collection. Enjoy! XO

1 - Farmacy Green Clean

Though I happily rotate through gentle cleansers, I continue to come back to one specific cleansing balm each time I veer away. That balm is the Green Clean from Farmacy. Not only does this product smell sweet of papaya while others in its class smell stale & claylike, it gently removes all the dirt and grime from my face before I go in with a cleanser. The melting power of this product is 10/10 and makes the process of removing makeup enjoyable compared to the tug of a makeup wipe. This product rightfully starts my Holy Grail off to a good start.

2 - Farmacy Deep Sweep Toner

Farmacy going 2/2 today! This alcohol-free toner combines AHA & BHA to clean pores, even texture, and control oil. After double cleansing, the first product I reach for will forever be a toner. Toners truly help to extract the dirt from pores & boost your skins radiance. This toner is exceptionally gentle, so the extracting process feels light and gradual. If you are in the market for a gentle toner with combo to oily skin, I would highly reccomend you take a peak at Deep Sweep.

3 - Sunday Riley Good Genes

Good Genes, great product. Less gentle than the Deep Sweep Toner, this is an all-in-one chemical exfoliant that contains purified lactic acid. Fear not - this product is completely safe, but might take some time for your skin to adjust to. I always recommend starting your skin with chemical exfoliants once a week, then increasing use gradually. This product truly does it all - clears blemishes, reduces dark spots and wrinkles, smooths texture, and sooths redness. What a powerful little product to have!

4 - Caudalie Resveratrol

Retinal is a fine ingredient, don’t get me wrong. But my head has been turned by Caudalie with a retinal alternative, resveratrol. Resveratol is a vine antioxidant that visibly firms and reduces the look of wrinkles. Caudalie claims that resveratrol is three times as powerful as retinal in its firming and lifting power, and after using this product, you just might have me convinced. If you are looking for a gentle product that taregts fine lines, wrinkles, and firmness, look no further than Caudalie’s winning formualted blend of resveratrol.

5 - Tower 28 SOS Daily Rescue Spray

Nothing has been more soothing to my facial redness than Tower 28’s SOS facial spray. This is credited to Hypochlorous Acid - an ingredient naturally produced by the human body that defends your skin from harmful bacteria and irritation. I typically use this product on my face, which is where I find the majority of my redness concerns, however, it is safe to use all over the body if you feel the need to calm areas beyond the face. I love a good face mist, and I wish I could add more to this list. But this is truly magic in a bottle and it deserved to be the star of the show today.

6 - Ilia Face Base Milk Essence

I say this all of the time - hyaluronic acid is hyaluronic acid. But, everyone has their preference, and this formula happens to be mine. This formula blends hyaluronic acid with prickly pear helping to smooth, nourish, and deeply hydrate the skin. I have had clients use hyaluronic acid on its own, and claim that it does not work. Please note - this product works best when paired with your favorite moisturizer. The reason I love Face Base is beacuse it is a moisturizer blend - meaning, you would be OK to use it on its own. However, I still think the best results come from coupling with a moisturizer.

7 - Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream

For the price tag, I didn’t want to love this product as much as I do. But every time I veer away from my Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream to try something new, I just don’t get the same plumped and hydrated results. This formula contains hyaluronic acid, red algae, squalene, and Japanese purple rice. Hyaluronic acid and squalene plump the skin with moister and seals in that hydration long term. The Japanese purple rice contains antioxidants that protects the skin from fine lines and wrinkles. If you are in the market for a luxurious moisturizer that visibly plumps and hydrates long term, look no further than the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream - I promise it will keep you coming back for more.

8 - Tatcha Silk Peony Eye Cream

Eye creams are tough to get right - our under eye area can be so fickle! While I love a good caffeine serum to reduce puffiness, the Silk Peony is more concerned with targeting fine lines and wrinkles. Since I haven’t found a better blurring and smoothing product, this deserves its rightful place on the top 10 list. This product combines whey protein, silk protein, and Japanese white peony to support a smooth, silk like canvas underneath the eyes. This product melts into the skin, helping to visibly fill in fine lines and wrinkles. Give this a go - but only if you want insanely smooth under eyes for 24 hours!

9 - Fresh Floral Recovery Overnight Mask

I told ya’ll I’m big on my hydration! Not only do I moisturize daily, but I like to lock it all in place with a hydrating overnight mask. I have tried a few different formulas, and most have impressed me. But none as much as the Fresh Recovery Mask. This formula blends passionflower oil, peony blossom, cherry blossom, and squalene. These ingredients combine to sooth redness, even skin tone & texture, and smooth the skins surface. If your skin is in need of deep hydration, I would highly recommend adding an overnight mask into your current skincare routine - particularly from a brand as strong as Fresh!

10 - Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

Last but certainly not least is the viral Laneige Lip Mask. This lip mask is meant to intensely hydrate your lips while you sleep, leaving you with baby-soft lips by the morning. I can attest that since using this product, I have never woken up with chapped lips. The formula blends coconut oil and shae butter to increase soft, smooth, silky lips upon wake up. There have been several flavors added since the oringal berry, and vanilla has quickly jumped ranks to my favorite. Whichever scent you prefer, I guarantee that you will repurchase this item as much as I have as soon as you purchase your first.
