How many days in advance do I need to book an in-person makeup appointment?
In person appointments local to Arizona & virtual consultations must be booked at least 2 days in advance. In person appointments outside of Arizona must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
How do I pay for my appointment with Glam Guide Beauty?
Glam Guide Beauty has two payment options - paying in full, and partial pre-payment. You can pay in full prior to your appointment and add gratuities at any time. You can also pay a non-refundable booking deposit and the remainder will be charged once your appointment(s) conclude, with an option for gratuities.
What if I change my mind, and end up wanting to cancel my appointment?
Due to the nature of our work, there are no refunds or exchanges after the 48-hour period following an order placement. We appreciate your cooperation.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment that I already booked?
